Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of amprenta.rocks. By browsing the site, you agree to them.

1. About this site

amprenta.rocks presents the hard rock band Amprenta: its members, music, concerts and information for press and promoters. The site is run by Matei Damian-Ulmu, as legal representative of the band.

Contact: amprentarockband@gmail.com, +40 730 917 310.

2. Copyright

The music, lyrics, videos, photos, logo, the name “Amprenta” and the texts on this site belong to the band Amprenta or to their authors (photographers, directors, collaborators) and are protected by copyright law.

You are welcome to share links to the site and to our songs. Any other use, such as reusing our photos, logo or music in your own materials, requires our written permission. Journalists may use the press kit materials in articles about the band, crediting the source.

3. Concerts and tickets

Concert information (dates, times, venues) is published in good faith, but it may change for reasons beyond our control. Before going to a concert, please also check the announcement from the organiser or the venue.

Tickets are not sold on this site. Ticket links lead to the organisers’ platforms (for example, iabilet.ro), and tickets are bought under those platforms’ terms. For refunds or ticket changes, please contact the organiser or the platform you bought from.

4. Booking requests

A request sent through the booking form is not a reservation and creates no obligation for either party. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed all the details in writing (date, technical requirements, fee).

5. Links to other websites

This site contains links to, and embedded content from, other platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ticketing platforms). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those platforms.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the site will always work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the information on this site.

7. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be settled amicably. If that is not possible, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
