About Amprenta

Amprenta is a hard rock band from Bucharest, Romania: an original project formed by musicians with solid experience in some of the most important bands on the Romanian and international scene, including FiRMA, Bere Gratis, Trupa Veche, Kumm, The Mono Jacks, Time Machine and Highlight Kenosis.

The band was founded by guitarist and orchestrator Matei Damian-Ulmu, who brought it together for its first rehearsal after ten years on stages abroad. He is joined by Cristi Bondor (vocals), Sorin Erhan (bass) and John Ciurea (drums).

Amprenta plays only original songs, sung in Romanian, in shows of at least one hour. The first album, “Între două lumi” (“Between Two Worlds”), was released in 2026.
